 He spent some 6 years representing Gleeson at all levels during the construction of the £40 million Shendam and Nasarawa Water Supply Projects in Plateau State, Nigeria consulting on Immigration matters, Construction Materials Procurement, Staff Administration & Travels, and Public Relations etc.

In 1989 he became the West African Representative of M J Gleeson Int’l Ltd and consulted for the Company on Tenders for various Roads and Re-construction Projects in Ghana before leaving in 1991 to set up on his own company Otlo Agencies Ltd.

Otlo Agencies Ltd offers a wide range of Cattle Bye Products to the Organic Fertilizer, Garden Centers, Wholesalers and Packaging Markets in France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Japan and to the World at large. A  UK subsidiary company Otlo Impex Ltd was set up in April 2006 to cater for the European arm of the company.

A representative office is maintained in Cameroon where raw materials are collected and shipped to Nigeria.

Presently Otlo Agencies Ltd employed well over 100 people in various production arm of the company and has lots of seasoned raw materials Suppliers collecting Cattle Horns, Hooves and Bones from various Government Approved Abattoirs spread across the whole of West Africa.

Main Products of the company are:

• Crushed Horns/Hooves sizes 0 - 1mm, 1 – 6mm and 5 – 15mm. Shipments can be in bulk, in Jumbo bags and in crates

• Full Horns of Various sizes from 20 – 40cm, 40 – 60cm, 60 – 80cm and 80cm and longer.

• Paired Horns of various sizes from 20 – 80cm and longer

• Polished Horns

• Hollow Horns or Horn Beakers

• Drinking Horns or Light Horns

• Cattle Horn Tips

• Bone Buttons

• Cattle Horns Plates

Another business of the Company is the export of Whole or Crushed Hibiscus Flowers servicing the Herbal Teas, Health Drinks and Spices industries.

• Mr Gbade Eniola Oyediran is the GM responsible for the day to day operation of all departments

• Mr Isiaka Adeyemo, (Cameroon. Office Manager) responsible for the operation of the company in Cameroun

• Mr Ayo Ijiwade is responsible for all the production of Crushed Horns/Hooves. Full Horns, Cattle Horn Tips quality and export.

• Mr Ayodele Aderibole is the Company’s Internal Auditor (HND Accounting)

• Mr Seyi Adeyemo is the Admin Manager (OND Accounting )

• Mrs Yinka Ogen Procurement Officer

• Mr Ebenezer Adeyemi is the Safety Enforcement Officer.

Otlo Agencies was founded in 1991 by Otolorin Ade Olusanjo (DipM, MCIM)

Ade began his career in 1977 by studying as a Marketing Practitioner whilst working for George Wimpey & Co (Nig) Ltd a Nigerian subsidiary Company of the Wimpey Group of the United Kingdom. In 1983 he joined M J Gleeson Int’l Ltd of United Kingdom as Asst Commercial Manager/Project Buyer shortly after obtaining the Certificate and the Final Diploma of the U K Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1982 and 1983 respectively.
